Mérignas is about 39 kilometers east-southeast of Bordeaux . Mérignas is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Florence in the north, Saint-Pey-de-Castets in the north and northeast, Bossugan in the east, Ruch in the southeast, Blasimon in the south and Saint-Vincent-de-Pertignas in the west.
