Fossès-et-Baleyssac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Sulpice-de-Guilleragues in the north, Sainte-Gemme in the north and east, Saint-Michel-de-Lapujade in the south and east, Mongauzy in the south-west, Saint-Hilaire-de- la-Noaille in the west and Roquebrune in the northwest.
