Cours-de-Monségur is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Dieulivol in the north and north-west, Baleyssagues in the north and north-east, Duras in the north-east, Taillecavat in the east, Saint-Géraud in the south-east, Saint-Vivien-de-Monségur in the south and south-west and Monségur in the West.
