Saint-Martial ( Gascon : Sent Marcau ) is a commune with 242 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Langon and the canton of L'Entre-deux-Mers (until 2015 Saint-Macaire ).

Saint-Martial is located in the southwest of France . To the north and west of the municipality is Mourens , north of Gornac , east of Saint-Laurent-du-Bois , south-east of Sainte-Foy-la-Longue , south of Saint-André-du-Bois and south-west of Saint-Germain-de-Grave .
