Saint-Sève ( Occitan Sent Sever ) is a French municipality with 254 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langon and the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides . The inhabitants are called Saint-Sévais .

Saint-Sève is located about 65 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux . Saint-Sève is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Loubens in the north, Saint-Hilaire-de-la-Noaille in the east and south-east, La Réole in the south and Bagas in the west and north-west.
