Pujols-sur-Ciron is a French municipality with 780 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine .
It is located 39 km south-southeast of Bordeaux . The neighboring communities are Barsac in the northeast, Preignac in the east, Bommes in the southeast, Budos in the southwest, Landiras in the west and Illats in the northwest.
The A62 autoroute runs to the north of the municipality .
