Coimères ( Occitan Coimèras ) is a French municipality with 1,034 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langon and the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides . The inhabitants are called Coimériens .
geography
Coimères is about 51 kilometers south-east of Bordeaux . Coimères is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Langon in the north and north-west, Saint-Pierre-de-Mons in the north, Auros in the east and north-east, Brouqueyran in the east, Cazats in the south and Mazères in the west.
The A65 autoroute runs through the municipality .
