Ruch ( Occitan Ruish ) is a French commune of 600 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langon and the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides . The inhabitants are called Ruchelais .

geography

Ruch is about 43 kilometers east-southeast of Bordeaux . Ruch is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bossugan and Pujols in the north, Doulezon in the north and northeast, Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret in the east, Mauriac in the south, Blasimon in the southwest and Mérignas in the west.
