Saint-Genis-du-Bois ( Occitan Sent Genís eng BOSC ) is a French commune with a population of 89 (as at 1st January 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Langon and the canton of L'Entre-deux-Mers (until 2015 Targon ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Génissois .

Saint-Genis-du-Bois is located about 40 kilometers east-southeast of Bordeaux . Saint-Genis-du-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montignac in the north and north-west, Martres in the north and east, Coirac in the south and south-east and Porte-de-Benauge in the west and south-west.
