Lamothe-Landerron ( Gascon : La Mota de Landeron ) is a French municipality with 1226 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides in the Langon arrondissement . The inhabitants are called Lamothais .

Lamothe-Landerron is about 67 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux . Lamothe-Landerron is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Michel-de-Lapujade in the north, Saint-Martin-Petit in the east, Justix in the south and Mongauzy in the west and north-west.
