Sendets ( SENDETS on gascognisch ) is a French city with a population of 334 (as at 1st January 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Langon and the canton Le Sud-Gironde . The inhabitants are called Sendessois .

geography

Sendets is 70 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux and about 25 kilometers southeast of Langon . Sendets is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Labescau in the north and north-east, Sigalens in the north-east, Cauvignac in the east and south-east, Lavazan in the south and south-west, Birac in the south-west, Gajac in the west and Gans in the north-west.
