Saint-Vivien-de-Monségur ( Occitan Sent Vivian de Montsegur ) is a French municipality with 366 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langon and the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides . The inhabitants are called Saint-Viviennais .

Saint-Vivien-de-Monségur is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Monségur in the north and north-west, Cours-de-Monségur in the north, Saint-Géraud in the east, Castelnau-sur-Gupie in the south and south-east, Lagupie in the south, Saint-Michel- de-Lapujade in the south and southwest and Sainte-Gemme in the west.
