Lugasson ( Occitan Lugaçon ) is a French municipality with 295 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Langon and the canton of L'Entre-deux-Mers (until 2015 Targon ). The inhabitants are called Lugassonnais .

geography

Lugasson is about 37 kilometers east-southeast of Bordeaux . Lugasson is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jugazan in the north, Blasimon in the east, Frontenac in the south, Cessac in the south-west, Courpiac in the west and Bellefond in the north-west.
