Saint-Martin-de-Lerm ( Occitan Sent Martin de l'ERM ) is a French municipality with 143 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langon and the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides .

Saint-Martin-de-Lerm is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-du-Puy in the north, Landerrouet-sur-Ségur in the east and north-east, Mesterrieux in the east and south-east, Loubens in the south and south-east, Bagas in the south and south-west, Camiran to the west and southwest and Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois to the west and northwest.
