Saint-Martin-de-Lerm is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-du-Puy in the north, Landerrouet-sur-Ségur in the east and north-east, Mesterrieux in the east and south-east, Loubens in the south and south-east, Bagas in the south and south-west, Camiran to the west and southwest and Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois to the west and northwest.
