Loupiac-de-la-Réole ( gaskognisch Lopiac de la Rèula ) is a municipality with 497 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French department of Gironde . It belongs to the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides in the Langon arrondissement . The inhabitants are called Loupiacais .

Loupiac-de-la-Réole is about 51 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux . Loupiac-de-la-Réole is surrounded by the neighboring communities Blaignac in the north and west, Fontet in the east and northeast, Noaillac in the southeast, Aillas in the south and Puybarban in the west and southwest.
