Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nastringues in the north, Fougueyrolles in the northeast, Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt in the east, Eynesse in the south, Pessac-sur-Dordogne and Saint-Avit-de-Soulège in the Southwest, Saint-Seurin-de-Prats in the west and Vélines in the northwest.
