Saint-Félix-de-Villadeix is a French municipality with 327 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Dordogne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Bergerac and the canton of Lalinde .
The name in the Occitan language is Sent Feliç de Viladés and is derived from Saint Felix. The addition of "Villadeix" to the name reminds of the fact that the parish belonged to the archpriesthood of Villadès in the 13th century, which had its seat in Saint-Marcel-du-Périgord .
The inhabitants are called Saint-Féliciens .

The Caudeau , a right tributary of the Dordogne, crosses the territory of the commune along with its tributaries,
- the Ruchelle, which rises in Saint-Félix-de-Villadeix, and
- the Louyre with its tributary,
- the Ruisseau de Barbeyrol.
Population development
After records began, the population rose to a peak of around 790 in the middle of the 19th century. In the period that followed, a phase of stagnation set in until the 1960s, which caused the number of inhabitants to drop to around 235 with short recovery phases . A significant decrease occurred between the censuses of 1911 and 1921 in particular. Since the 1960s there has been a slight upward trend in the size of the community.
