It was created with effect from January 1, 2016 as a commune nouvelle by merging the previously independent municipalities Beaumont-du-Périgord , Labouquerie , Nojals-et-Clotte and Sainte-Sabine-Born , the status in the new community a commune Déléguée have . The administrative headquarters are in Beaumont-du-Périgord.
