Saint-Germain-et-Mons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mouleydier in the north, Saint-Agne in the east, Verdon in the southeast, Saint-Aubin-de-Lanquais in the south, Saint-Nexans in the southwest, and Cours-de-Pile in the west as well Creysse in the northwest.
