Creysse ( Occitan : Creissa ) is a municipality with 1740 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Dordogne department in southwestern France in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Creysse belongs to the arrondissement of Bergerac and the canton of Bergerac-2 .

geography

Creysse is located in the south of the Dordogne department in Périgord on the banks of the Dordogne river . Creysse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lembras in the north, Saint-Sauveur in the northeast, Mouleydier in the east, Saint-Germain-et-Mons in the southeast, Cours-de-Pile in the south and Bergerac in the west.

The National Route 21 runs through the municipality .
