The National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan was in 1992 founded in 1993 by the International Olympic Committee added.

Medals balance

Vitali Rəhimov's medal, which he won in 2008, was revoked in 2016 and his results were deleted because he had started doped. This has been proven in extensive follow-up tests.
