List of Olympic medalists from Yugoslavia

Athletes from Yugoslavia were able to win 90 Olympic medals between 1920 and 1992 (26 gold, 33 silver, 31 bronze). This statistic does not include medals in art competitions . At the 1992 Summer Olympics , Yugoslavia was excluded because of the war there, but Yugoslav athletes took part as independent Olympic participants and won 1 × silver and 2 × bronze; If this is deducted, a total of 87 medals (26 gold, 32 silver, 29 bronze) are awarded to participants of the Yugoslav teams.

The most successful Yugoslav Olympic participant was the gymnast Leon Štukelj (3 × gold, 1 × silver, 2 × bronze between 1924 and 1936). The Yugoslav team in the men's water polo won 3 gold and 4 silver.
