The Meistriliiga 1994/95 was the fourth season of the highest Estonian football division for men.

mode

The league was reduced to eight clubs for the 1994/95 season. In contrast to previous seasons, the season was carried out in a two-stage format. In the first round, each team competed against each other twice; once at home and once away.

After this phase, the six best teams qualified for the championship round, the last two played together with the four best teams in Esiliiga for the two remaining places for the next season.

    Relegation round

    The two bottom of the table of the 1st round played two places for the Meistriliiga 1995/96 with the best four teams of the Esiliiga.

    The decision to disqualify FC Tevalte Tallinn in the 1993/94 season has been overturned by FIFA for lack of evidence. The club received a starting place for the 1995/96 season . Therefore, a play-off was played between the sixth in the championship round and the second in the relegation round.
