Montigny-le-Bretonneux is a French municipality with 32,929 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yvelines department in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Versailles and is the main town (chef-lieu) of the canton of Montigny-le-Bretonneux .

- The castle of Montigny-le-Bretonneux, also called château de la Couldre , built in 1863 by the then mayor Vincent Notta. It was bought back in 1973 by the local authorities, was renovated and since then has been the seat of the Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines with around thirty rooms . The property is surrounded by thirteen hectares of freely accessible park.
- The Saint-Martin church , originally built in the 13th century, was rebuilt in 1610 after suffering from multiple wars. It is located in the heart of the city.
