NGC 4895 is a 13.2 likes bright lenticular galaxy of Hubble type S0 in the constellation Coma Berenices , which is about 380 million light-years from the Milky Way's center. Together with the non-NGC object PGC 44717 (also called NGC 4895 A ), it forms an optical double galaxy.
The galaxy was discovered by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest on May 5, 1864 .
