Men's tennis singles at the 2004 Summer Olympics .

The defending champion was Yevgeny Kafelnikow . The final was played by Nicolás Massú and Mardy Fish , which Massú won in five sets. In the bronze medal game, Fernando González beat Taylor Dent in three sets . Massú and González also won the gold medal in doubles.
