Antigua and Barbuda took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the ninth participation in the Summer Olympics. The Antigua and Barbuda Olympic Association nominated four athletes in two sports.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Daniel Bailey .
