Lesotho took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the tenth participation in the Summer Olympics. The Lesotho National Olympic Committee nominated four athletes in two sports.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Mamorallo Tjoka .
