Out of Line (also Out of Line Music ) is a German independent label founded in Petersberg in 1995 . The company has been based in Berlin since 2007 . In addition, Out of Line operates its own mail order business , through which the sound carriers and merchandise of the bands under contract are sold. A shop in Berlin was closed in early July 2016.

The musical focus is on dark rock, dark, symphonic & modern metal, electro , industrial and EBM . Out of Line currently has over 50 bands under contract.

Out of line weekender
The Out of Line Weekender has been taking place in Berlin since 2012 , a three-day festival in the Club Astra Kulturhaus , at which mostly bands from their own program perform.
