The men's 200-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 8th and 9th at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

20 runners from 14 different countries took part in the races. Álex Quiñónez won the gold medal after 20.27 s, silver went to Jereem Richards with 20.38 s and the bronze medal went to Yancarlos Martínez with 20.44 s.
