Primo Magnani (born March 31, 1892 in Pavia , † June 17, 1969 in Milan ) was an Italian cyclist and Olympic champion in cycling .
Athletic career
Magnani was a participant in the 1920 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam . There he won the gold medal in the team pursuit at the track cycling competitions together with Arnaldo Carli , Ruggero Ferrario and Franco Giorgetti . In the 50-kilometer race he finished eighth after a defective wheel. In 1919 he was third in the first edition of the Coppa Bernocchi , which his compatriot Ruggerio Ferrario had won.
