Franco Testa (born February 7, 1938 in Cadoneghe ) is a former Italian track cyclist .

At the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome , Franco Testa and the Italian four-man team were Olympic champion in the team pursuit , together with Marino Vigna , Luigi Arienti and Mario Vallotto . Four years later, at the games in Tokyo , he was again a member of the train quad ( Luigi Roncaglio , Cencio Mantovani and Carlo Rancati ), which won the silver medal this time. In the same year he was runner-up in the team pursuit at the World Track Championships in Paris , with Mantovani, Rancati and Attilio Benfatto .
