The Q School 2014/1 was the first of two qualifying tournaments for the 2014/15 snooker season . It took place May 10-15, 2014 at the South West Snooker Academy in Gloucester , England .
The second qualifying tournament took place immediately afterwards from May 16-21.

The 145 participants were drawn into four groups at the beginning. Each group played a group winner in the knockout system , who received a place on the Main Tour 2014/15 and 2015/16 .
Results
For the second round 111 players were set, the remaining 34 players competed in pairs against each other in the first round to fill the 17 remaining places.
