Geographical location
Rasliw is located 20 kilometers southwest of the former district town of Heydekrug (today Lithuanian: Šilutė) and 26 kilometers northwest of the present day capital of Slavsk (Heinrichswalde) . A country road that branches off the regional road 27A-034 (ex R513 ) east of Prochladnoje (Kallningken , 1938 to 1945 Herdenau) leads directly into the village. There is no train connection.
history
The place Derwehlischken was designated as a köllmisches estate in 1719 and as a köllmisch village in 1785. In 1874 the site was used as a rural community in the newly established District Karkeln in county Heydekrug incorporated. After the Memelland was separated from the German Reich as a result of the First World War, Derwehlischken came to the Niederung district with this district in 1922 . In 1932 Derwehlischken was incorporated into Kallningken .
As a result of the Second World War, the district came to the Soviet Union in 1945 with northern East Prussia . It was renamed in 1950 as an independent place in "Razliw" and at the same time assigned to the village soviet Jasnowski selski Sowet in Slavsk Raion . Presumably, the place was still in 1950 in the Lewobereschenski selski Sowet and then in 1965 in the Prochladnenski selski Sowet . From 2008 to 2015 Razliv belonged to the rural municipality of Yasnovskoye selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Slavsk.
