Erasmus Rudolf von Minckwitz (born January 14, 1827 in Dresden ; † November 28, 1916 there ) was a Prussian infantry general .

Life

origin

He was the son of Rudolf Leopold von Minckwitz (1798–1868) and his wife Ida Henriette Adolfine, née Nehrhoff von Holderberg from the Gebersbach house (1804–1840). His father was a royal Saxon captain a. D. , as well as Mr. on Staschwitz and Nieder-Grauschwitz .

Military career
