Saint-Vigor-des-Monts is a French commune with a population of 285 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Lô and the canton of Condé-sur-Vire (until 2015: canton of Tessy-sur-Vire ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Vigorais .

Saint-Vigor-des-Monts is located about 22 kilometers south of Saint-Lô on the Cotentin peninsula . Saint-Vigor-des-Monts is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gouvets in the north and west, Pont-Farcy in the north and north-east, Sainte-Marie-Outre-l'Eau in the north-east, Landelles-et-Coupigny in the east and south-east, Morigny in the South as well as Montbray in the south and southwest.
