The municipality is affected by the eponymous River Airou . It borders in the northwest on Champrepus , on the northeast by Fleury , the east and the southeast by Villedieu-les-Poêles-Rouffigny , to the south Bourguenolles and in the southwest and the west by Le Tanu .
