Schwarzenbach is a district of the city of Höchstadt an der Aisch in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district in Middle Franconia .
geography
The Schwarzenbach flows through the village , a right tributary of the Aisch , which feeds the Schwarzenbachweiher to the east . In the west are the Kapellenwegweiher , in the northeast the Lerchenbergweiher . Otherwise the place is surrounded by arable land and grassland.
history
In 1303 the place was first mentioned in the Würzburg Lehenbuch . Here it was recorded that an Ulrich Gotsmann of Regensburg was awarded the Würzburg old tenth, which had previously been given to Albert Wienher. In the 15./16. In the 19th century, the Nuremberg patricians acquired property here. The Tucherische Stiftung, consisting of a farm, three farms and two further farms, was administered by the Nuremberg Landalmosenamt Lonnerstadt. The Haller von Hallerstein and the Frauenaurach monastery owned a farm and a Sölde . The landlords each had the bailiwick on their estates , which suggests that Schwarzenbach may well have emerged from a coherent court association.
Towards the end of the 18th century there were 12 properties and a community shepherd's house in Schwarzenbach. The high court was exercised by the Bamberg center of Höchstadt . The Nürnbergische Landesalmosenamt-Vogtei Lonnerstadt held the village and community rulership. The landlords were the Landesalmosenamt-Vogtei Lonnerstadt (1 courtyard, 2 half courtyards, 3 Gütlein, 1 house), the Nuremberg owner Haller (1 courtyard, 1 Sölde ) and the Brandenburg-Bayreuth monastery office Frauenaurach (1 courtyard, 1 Sölde).
In 1802 Schwarzenbach came to Bavaria . As part of the municipal edict , the place was assigned to the tax district of Sterpersdorf formed in 1808 . With the second community edict (1818), the rural community of Schwarzenbach was formed, to which Großneuses , Kleinneuses and Lappach belonged. In administration and jurisdiction it was subordinate to the regional court of Höchstadt and in financial administration to the Rent Office of Höchstadt . In voluntary jurisdiction, two properties were under the Barons Haller until 1812. From 1862 Schwarzenbach was administered by the district office of Höchstadt an der Aisch (renamed the district of Höchstadt an der Aisch in 1938 ) and continued to be administered by the rent office of Höchstadt (1920–1929: tax office Höchstadt , from 1929: tax office Forchheim ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court of Höchstadt until 1879, 1880–1959 district court of Höchstadt , from 1959 district court of Forchheim . The municipality had an area of 6.460 km².
On May 1, 1978, the municipality of Schwarzenbach was incorporated into the town of Höchstadt an der Aisch as part of the regional reform .
