Jungehofen is a district of the town of Höchstadt an der Aisch in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district in Middle Franconia .
geography
The village is located in the middle of a clearing on the Seegraben , which is a right tributary of the Reichen Ebrach . This stream feeds a chain of ponds, north of the place called Schmuckweiher. The forest area in the north is called Lämmerhart , in the southeast Tellerholz and in the south Melmbrunnen .
history
The place was first mentioned in a document in 1109 in the foundation letter of St. Jakob in Bamberg . In 1291 Friedrich von Hasefurth transferred his court to the Schlüsselau monastery . In the following year the monastery accepted a fiefdom from the cathedral vicar Berthold Sezlach. In 1295 Conrad Cratz sold his apprenticeship to the monastery for the Jungshofer estates and in 1319 the estates of St. Jakob were acquired for an annual interest of eight ounces denarii and in kind . In 1350, Friedrich Zolner acquired the tenth. After the abolition of the convent of nuns in 1525, the office of Höchstadt administered their property and rule rights in Jungshofen.
Towards the end of the 18th century, there were 12 properties in Jungshofen (2 Huben , 2 Halbhöfe, 5 Gütlein, 3 Sölden ) and a community pastor's house . The high court was exercised by the Bamberg center Bechhofen . The Bamberg caste office in Schlüsselau held the village and community rulership as well as the lordship over all properties .
As part of the municipal edict, Jungshofen was assigned to the Zentbechhofen tax district, formed in 1808 . In 1818 the rural community Zentbechhofen was formed, to which the place belonged.
On January 1, 1972, as part of the regional reform , Jungshofen was incorporated into the town of Höchstadt an der Aisch .
