Tyszkowo ( German Heinrichshöhe ) is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship . He belongs to Rybno ( German Ribben ) within the Gmina Sorkwity (rural community Sorquitten ) in the powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ).
Geographical location
Tyszkowo is located southwest of Lake Pillack ( Jezioro Piłakno in Polish ) in the heart of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 15 kilometers southwest of the district town of Mrągowo ( German Sensburg ).
history
Heinrichshöhe was founded on October 17, 1854 as a preliminary work for the "noble estate" Ribben ( Rybno in Polish ). In 1905 the small town, which belonged to the Sensburg district , had five inhabitants. Together with Gut Ribben, the Vorwerk Heinrichshöhe was transferred to the rural community of Ribben on September 30, 1928 .
1945 Heinrichshöhe came in consequence of the war along with the entire southern East Prussia to Poland and received the Polish form of the name "Tyszkowo". Today the place is included as "część wsi" after Rybno , to whose Schulzenamt ( Polish Sołectwo ) it also belongs - within the association of Gmina Sorkwity (Sorquitten) in powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ), until 1998 the Olsztyn Voivodeship , since then the Voivodeship Belonging to Warmia-Masuria .

Heinrichshöhe was parish in the Evangelical Church of Ribben in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union and in the Catholic Church of Kobulten in the then diocese of Warmia . Today Tyszkowo belongs to the church of Rybno, both to the Protestant parish , a branch of the parish Sorkwity in the Masuria diocese of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland , and to the local Catholic parish in the current Archdiocese of Warmia within the Polish Catholic Church .

Tyszkowo is located on a side road that connects Voivodship Road 600 near Rybno (Ribben) via Rozogi (Rosoggen) with Landesstraße 16 (former German Reichsstraße 127 ) near Borki Wielkie (Groß Borken) . There is no connection to rail traffic .
