The Warner Channel (commonly abbreviated as WBTV , but not to be confused with Warner Bros. Television ) is a Latin American cable television station owned by Time Warner's HBO Latin America Group , a joint venture with sister company Warner Bros. , which specializes in the broadcasting of American films and series in Latin America . Most series and films are broadcast in their original English language, with subtitles in Spanish or Portuguese. There are a couple of synchronized shows in each case.

The Warner Channel has head offices in Brazil , Venezuela , Chile , Singapore and Malaysia , but the broadcast is generated from Miami .
