'''Egyhazaskozar''' is a lovely small village close to the [[Mecsek]] Mountains in southern [[Hungary]]. It was originally a [[Germans|German]] village. Many of the old people still speak good German and are friendly and very helpful. It's only {{convert|2|mi|km}} away from [[Bikal]], a village with a luxury hotel and spa, and {{convert|5|mi|km}} from [[Szászvár]], a wine village on the foot of Mecsek Mountains.

The village is a good central place for tourists to spend the holidays. There is countryside, mountains, woods, lakes, spas, horseback riding, cycling, walking, and other nature-related activities. A small supermarket, a few cafes, old churches and there are many nice restaurants in the area. The ancient city of [[Pécs]] is only 30 minutes away. [[Lake Balaton]] is 40 minutes away and the [[Danube]] is close by. The village has a few holiday houses from where people can explore the country.
