The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 38th time in the 2011/12 season. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 20th time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 10, 2011 with the first round and ended on June 9, 2012 with the final in the Almtalarena Pettenbach. The trophy this season, like the title in the ÖFB women's league, went to SV Neulengbach . SV Neulengbach won its tenth title in the eleventh final.

Participating teams

For the Austrian Women's Football Cup, the following 32 teams, which are classified according to the season placement of the ÖFB Women's League 2010/11 and the 2nd League Middle / West 2010/11 , qualified based on the participation of the leagues in the 2011/12 season. 12 clubs of the 2nd League East 2010/11 and the 2nd League South 2010/11 qualified for the newly founded 2nd League East / South .
