Amadeus Awards 2004
The 5th presentation of the Amadeus Austrian Music Award took place on April 28, 2004 in the ORF center Küniglberg in Vienna . The broadcast could be seen live on the Internet and on the following day as a recording from 9:55 pm on ORF 1 . The show was moderated Ö3 presenter Andi Knoll . The Ausseer Hardbradler , Buddy , the Corrs , Rainhard Fendrich , I-Wolf , Nena , Christina Stürmer , Wir sind Helden and Zucchero had musical performances . Personalities such as Xavier Naidoo , Elke Winkens , Renate Götschl , Harold Faltermeyer , Hubertus Hohenlohe , Matt Schuh, the Ö3 Comedy Hirten and Projekt X were present at the award ceremony as laudators .
Nomination and election
Musicians and bands or their publications that came onto the market between January 1st and December 31st, 2003 or had at least one live performance could be nominated. The prerequisite was that the artists had their center of life in Austria or were Austrian citizens.
