The Austrian Darts Open 2018 is a ranking tournament in darts and was organized from April 20th to 22nd, 2018 by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). It was the fourth event of the European Darts Tour 2018 , which will be held as part of the Pro Tour 2018 . The venue for the first time was the Styria Hall in Premstätten .

Welshman Jonny Clayton secured the tournament victory, beating his compatriot Gerwyn Price in the final with 8: 5 legs .

format

The tournament was played in a knockout system . Game mode was best of 11 legs in the first rounds , best of 13 legs in the semi-finals and best of 15 legs in the final . Each leg was played in double-out mode.

The tournament totaled £ 135,000 in prize money. The prize money was distributed among the participants as follows:
