The Bavarian women's ice hockey selection is a selection of Bavarian ice hockey players compiled by the Bavarian Ice Sports Association .
history
The team played three friendly matches for the first time in 2007 against the Czech women's ice hockey team in Passau , Deggendorf and Regen . All three games were lost.
The Bavarian selection took part in 2009 at the 16th International Women's Tournament in Cergy , France . There it won against Spain and Belgium , but was subject to Cergy, the Grefrather EV and the Collège Les Lynx d'Edouart Montpetit , which represented Canada. In the game for 3rd place Grefrath could finally be defeated.
In 2010 the selection was defeated in a friendly match in Füssen France with 1: 6.
