Location of Boulel in Niger

Boulel is a hamlet in the Niamey V arrondissement of the city of Niamey in Niger .

The hamlet is located south of the Saguia district in the rural area of Niamey V. The surrounding rural settlements include the village of Saga Gourma in the east and the hamlet of Banzoumbou in the southwest. The 20-kilometer-long Saga Gourma Gorou arid valley runs near Boulel and flows into the Niger River behind Saga Gourma .

At the 2012 census, Boulel had 128 inhabitants who lived in 20 households.
