Wouro Bellabé is a hamlet in the Niamey V arrondissement of the city of Niamey in Niger .

The hamlet is located on the western edge of the rural area of ​​Niamey V. The surrounding hamlets include Tillititogol in the north, Kariel II in the northeast, Hama Gatio in the east and Tchéna Thayia in the southwest. To the west of Tillititogol is the rural community of Bitinkodji . The 17 kilometer long dry valley Kourtéré Gorou runs near the hamlet and flows into the Niger River behind Kourtéré .

At the 2012 census, Wouro Bellabé had 100 inhabitants who lived in 16 households. At the 2001 census, the population was 58 in 9 households.
