Séno Bali (also: Séno Bally ) is a hamlet in the Niamey V arrondissement of the city of Niamey in Niger .

The hamlet is located on the eastern edge of the rural area of ​​Niamey V. The surrounding settlements include the hamlets of Dantcha and Langayé in the northeast and the hamlets of Djolongou and Lowayé in the northwest. The eight-kilometer-long dry valley Gorou Kirey runs near Séno Bali and flows into the Niger River behind the village of the same name, Gorou Kirey .

At the 2012 census, Séno Bali had 394 inhabitants who lived in 50 households. At the 2001 census, the population was 102 in 15 households.
