The competition for the Copa do Brasil de Futebol Feminino 2015 was the ninth edition of the national association cup in women's football of the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) in Brazil . The cup winner was AE Kindermann from Caçador in the state of Santa Catarina .

The competition was held in a round-robin tournament, which the participating thirty-two clubs had to contest in a knockout system. Each round was played a home and away game, in which the away goals rule applied. But if a visiting team won the first leg with a difference of at least three goals, the second leg is canceled in their favor. This only applied to the first two rounds.

The table has become relevant for the determination of the Brazilian representative for the competition of the Copa Libertadores Femenina 2016 after the CBF did not take into account either the champion or the runner-up of the 2015 season. Instead, the representative from the cup competition was determined. Because cup winner Kindermann had stopped playing and Ferroviária was already seeded as defending champion of the Copa Libertadores, the qualifying place went to third-placed Foz Cataratas.
